How do you price your projects?
Most projects are priced using a cost-plus model. Every job is unique and priced according to the specific job. We’re transparent about costs and provide detailed estimates.

What is your payment structure?
Payments on large jobs are split into thirds: deposit at start, payment at 50% completion, and final payment at job completion. On smaller to medium sized jobs, a deposit calculated on the total cost of the job will be required with final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, credit, debit, and even offer financing options.

How long does a typical project take?
Larger projects usually take 1 to 2 months, depending on size and scope. We typically manage 2–3 projects at a time.

How soon can you start my project?
During busy seasons, we can usually begin new projects within 2–4 weeks. We'll always communicate our availability and keep you updated.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We reply to all new inquiries within 24–48 hours. As our team grows, we aim to improve response times even further.

How do you keep customers updated during a project?
We use Jobber software to manage scheduling, estimates, and communication. You’ll receive regular updates and have a clear point of contact throughout your project.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a licensed residential remodeler, carry $2 million in general liability insurance, and are bonded for your peace of mind.

Do you offer a warranty?
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. If you have any issues, just contact us and we’ll address them promptly.
